Abstract:

Objective To review pediatric liver transplantation cases in our hospital and explore factors influencing the duration of invasive mechanical ventilation via endotracheal intubation. Methods Clinical data from 34 pediatric patients who underwent liver transplantation at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Universityfrom January 2023 to October 2024 were collected. Survival rates and complication rates were calculated， and the impact of intraoperative factors on postoperative ventilation duration was analyzed. Results The survival rate for pediatric livertransplantation in our hospital was 85.3%， with a complication rate of 23.3%. Intraoperative factors，such as liver coldischemia time， warm ischemia time， anhepatic phase， intraoperative blood transfusion volume， blood loss， and urine output showed no significant effect on postoperative ventilation duration. Conclusion The success rate of pediatric liver transplantation in our hospital is relatively high， with a low complication rate. However， further studies with more cases are needed to investigate the factors influencing the duration of endotracheal intubation.

摘要：

目的 回顾分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院小儿肝移植病例，探究影响气管插管有创通气时间的相关因素。方法 收集 2023 年 1 月至 2024 年 10 月新疆医科大学第一附属医院完成的 34 例小儿肝移植患儿的临床数据。计算存活率、并发症发生率，分析术中相关因素对术后带管时间的影响。结果 结果显示小儿肝移植手术存活率为 85.3%，并发症发生率为 23.3%；肝脏冷缺血时间、热缺血时间、无肝期、术中输血量、出血量、尿量等术中因素，对术后带管时间无明显影响。结论 小儿肝移植手术成功率较高，并发症发生率低，关于气管插管带管时间的影响因素，仍需积累更多病例深入研究。
